These general conditions of use and contracting (hereinafter, Conditions) regulate the use and access to the website www.facillimpuertas.es (hereinafter, the Platform), owned by Mérida Ordóñez (hereinafter , Easy Cleaning) for registered Users as well as the conditions applicable to contracting the services offered through the Platform.  Fácil Cleaning intervenes in the execution of the services contracted through the Platform. Access to the Platform implies knowledge and acceptance of these Conditions:

Access and Registration

In order to be Usuario of the Platform, it is essential that the following requirements are met:

• Have reached or be over 18 years of age

• Fill in truthfully the mandatory fields of the registration form, in which personal data is requested

El Usuario guarantees that all the information about your identity and legitimacy provided to Fácil Limpias in your Platform registration forms are true, accurate and complete. Likewise, you agree to keep your data updated. In the event that the User provides any false, inaccurate or incomplete information or if Easy Cleaning considers that there are well-founded reasons to doubt the veracity, accuracy and integrity of the same, Easy Cleaning may deny access and present or future use of the Platform or any of its content and/or services. When registering on the Platform, the User must enter their full name, an e-mail as User identifier and select an access code (password). The password will be strictly confidential, personal and non-transferable. The Usuario  undertakes not to disclose the data related to his account or make it accessible to third parties. El Usuario will be solely responsible for the use of said data by third parties, including the statements made on the Platform, or any other action carried out through the use of the username and/or password.

Easy Cleaning allows registration on the Platform by synchronizing with third-party services (eg Log-In with a Facebook account).

Easy Cleaning cannot guarantee the identity of registered Users, therefore, it will not be responsible for the use of the identity of a registered User by unregistered third parties. The User undertakes to immediately inform Easy Cleaning of the theft, disclosure or loss of their username or password, by communicating it to atencion@facillimpuertas.es

The service

Easy Cleaning services consist of managing the cleaning needs of Users in their homes, businesses, clinics or communities. Fácil Limpias will be able to receive and confirm requests for contracting services and help, if requested, to carry out the necessary procedures so that all services are carried out in accordance with the law.

Payment of the Service

The User may pay for the contracted services by credit card / debit or in cash.

Likewise, the Platform's contracting gateway will inform the User, once the contracting procedure has been completed, via email, of all the relevant characteristics of the contracted service. If the User does not receive the confirmation email within twenty-four hours after the completion of the reservation, it will be the User's responsibility to confirm the approval of the transaction with Easy Cleaning.

User Obligations

The User is responsible for having the necessary services and equipment for browsing the Internet and for accessing the Platform. In the event of any incident or difficulty accessing the Platform, the User can report it to Fácil Limpias which will proceed to analyze the incident and give the User instructions on how to resolve it as soon as possible. The User is fully responsible for the access and correct use of their profile and other contents of the Platform subject to current legislation, whether national or international, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, good customs and public order. And specifically, it acquires the commitment to diligently observe these Conditions. The User will refrain from using their profile and the rest of the contents of the Platform for illicit purposes or effects and that are harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, affect or deteriorate the Platform, its content and its services. Likewise, it is forbidden to prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the Platform by other Users. Those who fail to comply with such obligations will be liable for any loss or damage caused. Easy Cleaning will not be liable for any consequence, damage or harm that may arise from said access or illicit use by third parties.

In general, the User undertakes, by way of example and not limitation, to:

• Not to use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes;

• Do not host, store, disclose, publish, distribute or share any content that may involve an illegitimate interference or violation in any way of the fundamental rights to honor, image and personal and family privacy of third parties and, especially, of minors. ;

• Do not publish in any section of the Platform or in your profile or that of another User any comment or information that is illegal, racist, xenophobic, obscene, pornographic, abusive, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent or in any way contrary to morality or the public order;

• Not to alter or modify, totally or partially, the Platform, eluding, deactivating or manipulating its functions or services in any other way;

• Not infringe industrial and intellectual property rights or the regulations governing the protection of personal data;

• Not to use the Platform to insult, defame, intimidate, violate one's own image or harass other Users;

• Do not access the email accounts of other Users;

• Do not introduce computer viruses, defective files, or any other computer program that may cause damage or alterations to the contents or systems of Fácil Limpias or third parties;

• Do not send emails on a massive and/or repetitive basis to a plurality of people, nor send email addresses of third parties without their consent;

• Do not carry out advertising actions for goods or services without the prior consent of Easy Cleaning.

Any User may report another User when they consider that they are not complying with these Conditions, likewise all Users can inform Easy Cleaning of any abuse or violation of these conditions, through the email atencion@facillimpuertas.es. Easy Cleaning will verify this report, as soon as possible, and will adopt the measures it deems appropriate, reserving the right to withdraw and/or suspend any User of the Platform for breach of these Conditions.

The User undertakes to hold Easy Cleaning harmless from any possible claim, fine, penalty or sanction that may be forced to bear as a result of the breach by the User of any of the aforementioned rules of use, reserving, in addition, Easy Cleaning the right to request compensation for damages that corresponds. Service evaluations: the User will have the option of evaluating the tasks of each service provided by Easy Cleaning once it has been completed. Easy Cleansing cannot be considered editorial responsible, and expressly declares that it does not identify with any of the opinions that the Users of the Platform may express in the spaces of the Platform specially enabled for the comments of the Users, of whose consequences it is made entirely the issuer of the same is responsible.  The User undertakes to always maintain education and respect with Easy Cleaning at all times. Easy Cleaning reserves the right to withdraw and/or suspend any message with illegal or offensive content, without the need for prior notice or subsequent notification.

Responsibility of EASY CLEANING

Easy Cleaning has no obligation to control and does not control the use that Users make of the Platform and, therefore, does not guarantee that Users use the Platform in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions, nor that they make diligent use and/or or cautious of it. Easy Cleaning has no obligation to verify and does not verify the identity of the Users, nor the veracity, validity, exhaustiveness and/or authenticity of the data that they provide.

Easy Cleaning excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the illegal use of the Platform by Users or that may be due to the lack of veracity, validity, completeness and/or authenticity of the information that the Users provide. Users provide other Users about themselves and, in particular, about the services offered for contracting through the Platform, as well as for damages of any nature that may be due to the impersonation of the personality of a third party. made by a User in any kind of communication made through the Platform.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Easy Cleaning reserves the right to limit, totally or partially, access to the Platform to certain Users, as well as to cancel, suspend, block or eliminate certain types of content, through the use of suitable technological instruments. for this purpose, if he had effective knowledge that the activity or information stored is illegal or that it harms property or rights of a third party. In this sense, Fácil Limpias may establish the necessary filters in order to prevent illicit or harmful content from being poured onto the network through the service.

Easy Cleaning will not respond in case of service interruptions, connection errors, lack of availability or deficiencies in the Internet access service, nor for interruptions of the Internet network or for any other reason beyond its control. Easy Cleaning is not responsible for any security errors that may occur or for any damage that may be caused to the User's computer system (hardware and software), to the files or documents stored therein as a result of the presence of a virus in the computer system or the User's mobile terminal that is used to connect to the services and contents of the Platform or to a malfunction of the browser or the use of non-updated versions of the same.

Discounts and promotions

Users may apply any of the different promotional coupons to benefit from existing Easy Cleaning offers as long as they have been issued or validated by Easy Cleaning and are within their validity period.

All promotional coupons are limited to one use per User. Specifically, promotional coupons will be limited to a single holder of means of payment, account and telephone number.

Easy Cleaning reserves the right to request additional documentation from the User in case it suspects that there is a possible duplication of accounts intended to benefit the same User with a promotion. Easy Cleaning reserves the right to withdraw any active promotion without prior notice without causing damage to Users who are actively enjoying it.

Cancellations and modifications of the Service

The User has TWENTY-FOUR (24) hours to cancel the service from the moment of requesting the service. If the User does not cancel a service within_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_24 hours after requesting the service, there will be a surcharge of 50% of the total cost of the programmed service .

All communications must be made through the internal messaging of the Platform, by phone at (+34) 603 568 558 or by mail at atencion@facillimpuertas.es. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The User must respect the aforementioned procedures both for services contracted sporadically and for recurring services.

Updating and Modification of the Platform

Easy Cleaning may modify these Conditions at any time by email, or through the internal messages section of the Platform or by publishing the modified terms on the Platform. All modified terms will be automatically effective 30 days after they are posted.

Likewise, Fácil Limpias reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without the need for prior notice, updates, modifications or the elimination of information contained in its Platform in the configuration and presentation of it and of the access conditions, without assuming responsibility. some for it.

Intellectual Property of EASY CLEANING

Easy Cleaning is the owner or licensee of the intellectual and industrial property rights that fall on the source code, content and design of the Platform. As a consequence of this, Easy Cleanings is responsible for the exclusive exercise of the rights to exploit them in any way and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in accordance with Spanish legislation on intellectual property rights. and industry. The authorization to the User to access the Platform does not imply a waiver, transmission, license or total or partial transfer of intellectual or industrial property rights by Easy Cleaning. It is not allowed to delete, evade or manipulate in any way the contents of the Easy Cleaning Platform. Likewise, it is forbidden to modify, copy, reuse, exploit, reproduce, publicly communicate, make second or subsequent publications, upload files, send by mail, transmit, use, treat or distribute in any way all or part of the contents included in the Easy Cleaning Platform for public or commercial purposes, if you do not have the express written authorization of Easy Cleaning or, where appropriate, the owner of the corresponding rights. Likewise, the User who is willing to share any type of content through the Platform, grants Easy Cleaning a non-exclusive, free and worldwide license limited to the reproduction and public communication of said content through the provision of the services of the Platform. Dispute resolution

The User exempts Easy Cleaning as well as the administrators, agents, subsidiaries, associates and employees of Easy Cleaning from any claim, demand and damage of any kind that may arise as a result of a dispute between the User and an employee in relation to the execution or the quality of the provision of the contracted services.

In the event that a dispute arises between Users of the Platform, Fácil Limpias requests that its Customer Service channel be used in advance by sending an email to the e-mail address: atencion@facillimpuertas.es detailing the reasons for the dispute and providing all documentation that may be of interest. Easy Cleaning will analyze the reasons and reasoning provided by both parties and will put its best efforts to provide a solution for all parties and in the shortest possible time.

Cancellation of the User Applicable Legislation

These Conditions will be governed by Spanish legislation, which will be applicable in matters not provided in these Conditions in terms of interpretation, validity and execution. Likewise, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
